During the Communications for Social Change course at The New School(2015), my team looked into the issue around K-cups which is a single coffee cup produced by Keurig Green Mountain.
This is the system map of K-cup issue that I created.
After analyzing the whole ecosystem and issues around the stakeholders, campaign, and products, we proposed two strategies not only for environmental sustainability but also for an ecosystem of the single cup market.
